This project represented the first phase of a development initiated in 2023 and successfully delivered in 2024 by the same construction team. Conceived with a clear focus on durability, architectural coherence, and attention to detail, the building stood out for its solid execution and the careful selection of high-quality materials, setting a strong standard from its very inception.

Beyond its physical completion, this initial phase established the conceptual and constructive foundations of a long-term vision.
